Free Shipping on All Orders
All of my paintings, whether ready-to-ship or custom-made, include free standard shipping. For those who prefer faster delivery, I also offer an affordable express shipping option.
Shipping Options and Timeframes
1.Paintings Shipped from Turkey
- Standard Shipping: I ship your order via Turkish Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: If you’d like your order sooner, I offer express shipping with a delivery time of 5–7 days for an additional fee of $10
2.Paintings Shipped from Ukraine
- If your selected artwork is located in Ukraine, I ship it via the Ukrainian postal service. Delivery times typically range from 15–25 days, depending on your destination.
Custom Art Shipping
Creating custom artwork requires time and care. Here are the estimated preparation times based on the type of painting:
- Watercolor & Acrylic: 3–5 days.
- Oil Paintings: Approximately 7–10 days to allow the paint to fully dry.
Once your custom piece is complete, I will carefully pack and ship it using one of the methods mentioned above.
Holiday & Gift Packaging
If you’d like your artwork to arrive beautifully wrapped for a special occasion, I offer free holiday packaging upon request. Let me know, and I’ll ensure your package is as thoughtfully prepared as the art inside.
Packing Details
I take great care to protect your artwork during shipping:
- Miniature Oil Paintings: I use low-alkaline paper (as used in galleries) for wrapping, followed by protective bubble wrap and a postal envelope.
- Large Paintings: These are protected with sturdy cardboard or Styrofoam packaging, along with additional corner protectors.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my priority! Here’s how I handle returns and exchanges:
1.Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- I accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the order.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the artwork but not the shipping costs, which range from approximately $20–$30 depending on your location. After returning the product, when I receive it and it is in the same condition as before sending, not damaged and not broken, I will make a refund.
2.Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Personalized pieces, including portraits or art created specifically for you, cannot be returned.
- Holiday-Themed Art: Seasonal or festive artwork (e.g., Christmas-themed) is non-returnable after the holiday period.
3.Individual Case Review
